Refund Policy
General Refund Conditions Upon placing an order with The Business Arise LLC, clients agree to our financial terms, acknowledging that 50% of the service fee is non-refundable. This policy reflects upfront costs including merchant processing fees, legal expenses, and operational costs required to initiate and deliver services.
Policy on Uninitiated Services
Partial Service Initiation: If multiple services were purchased but communication was not established to initiate all services, a 50% refund applies only to services that remain uninitiated.
Non-Responsiveness: If no communication is received within 10 days from purchase, non-initiated services are eligible for a 50% refund of the individual purchase price.
Refund Rejection Criteria
- Approval of the initial design concept and commencement of development.
- Revision requests after the initial concept/draft.
- Cancellations not related to service quality or performance.
- Lack of communication for more than 10 days post-purchase.
- Violation of The Business Arise LLC terms or policies.
- Engagement with another provider for the same scope.
- Incomplete required information submission.
- Refund request submitted beyond the allowed refund request duration.
- Approval of designs, after which refunds are not entertained.
Rights Upon Refund Upon issuing a refund, all rights to the produced work revert to The Business Arise LLC. The client forfeits any right to use the designs or work product.
