Once you receive your Virtual Backdrop files, you simply upload them to your video conferencing software's virtual background settings. We provide easy-to-follow instructions to help you set up your Virtual Backdrop seamlessly.
Virtual Backdrops are designed to be compatible with all major virtual meeting platforms that support custom virtual backgrounds, including Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Skype, Webex, and more.
All we need is your logo. For best results, please provide your logo in a high-resolution format, preferably a vector file (AI, EPS, SVG) or a high-quality PNG/JPG.
Our 3-Dimensional Design transforms your flat logo into a realistic, textured element within the virtual background so it feels naturally integrated into the environment.
Desktop Format is optimized for laptop and desktop screens, while Mobile Format is optimized for phones and tablets with a different aspect ratio.
You will receive your Virtual Backdrops in high-quality image formats, typically JPG and PNG. Depending on your package, you may also receive editable AI formats.
The number of revisions varies by package: Basic has 1 revision, Standard has 2, Pro has 3, and Premier has 3. Revisions allow you to request minor adjustments after the initial concept is presented.
Basic and Standard packages are typically delivered within 48 hours, while Pro and Premier packages are typically delivered within 72 hours for the initial concept.
This feature provides two versions of your Virtual Backdrop: one optimized for a bright daytime setting and another designed for a darker night-mode or evening event.
The Logo Pattern Export provides an additional file where your logo is transformed into a repeating pattern that can be used across other branding assets beyond the virtual background.
